Contact SupportShyft SG is Singapore's reliability-first shift marketplace. We connect workers with short-term shifts across four verticals — Hospitality, F&B, Events, and Operations. Every completed shift builds your Reliability Score, a portable track record that travels with you across all verticals and makes you more competitive for the best shifts over time.
Workers must be at least 13 years old and hold the legal right to work in Singapore — Citizens, Permanent Residents, Student Pass holders, and other valid work pass types are welcome. Your access is activated instantly upon SMS verification.
Shyft SG handles shift tracking and payment coordination on your behalf. Earnings from completed shifts are paid out within 7 days of shift completion. At launch, we will introduce fast-payout options through an Earned Wage Access partner for workers who need access to their earnings sooner.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before shift start are always allowed. Cancellations within 24 hours require evidence (e.g., medical certificate, documented emergency). Any penalty from a late cancellation is held for a 48-hour admin review period — there are no automatic suspensions. Our team reviews every case before any action is taken.
Employers must satisfy four criteria before posting shifts: (1) Valid ACRA registration, (2) Business tenure of 12–24 months minimum, (3) Proof of physical premises, and (4) Mandatory Human Review by the Shyft SG admin team. There is no auto-approval. Every employer is reviewed by a person before their account is activated. On the worker side, workers self-declare their work eligibility at signup and receive immediate access. Our ID-Verified badge marks workers who have separately completed an admin identity review.
